A carrier oil is specific types of all natural oils that our skin can absorb on their own because of the high amount of fats inside of a carrier oil.

Oils such as Coconut oil, Avocado oil, Jojoba oil, Sweet almond oil and even Vegetable oil are all Carrier oils that are safe for our skin to absorb them as they are.
